Diego Martinez listening during an online life coaching conversation

A focused conversation to help you see what matters, question what is keeping you still and choose a next step you can stand behind.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You do not need to have a crisis to realise that the life you are living no longer feels like the life you want.

When life no longer fits.

“I keep saying things will change when life calms down, but it never does.”
“I know I want something different. I just cannot explain what.”
“I start with energy, then everyday life takes over and I end up back where I was.”
“I make decisions around what everyone else needs and lose sight of what I want.”
“I have several possible paths, but none feels clearly right.”

When there is no clear direction, every decision takes more energy than it should. You think about changing jobs, improving a relationship, taking better care of yourself or finally starting something that matters to you. Then another week fills up and the decision moves further away.

Nothing dramatic has to happen for years to pass like this. Postponing the choice slowly becomes a choice of its own.

You may not need another burst of motivation. You may need enough clarity to decide what deserves your attention first.

A direction that belongs to you

A direction that feels like yours.

The point is not to redesign your entire life in one afternoon. It is to notice what matters, stop treating every possibility as equally urgent and choose one move with intention.

Where you may be now What we will work toward
Going through the motions Days that reflect what matters to you
Too many possibilities competing for attention A priority you can explain and act on
Goals you keep restarting Steps that fit the life you are actually living
Choices shaped by other people's expectations Decisions that feel honest and sustainable

Take Your Life Where You Want It to Go in 3 Steps

A practical place to begin.

A focused conversation about the life you want to create, followed by a practical place to begin.

What to expect during our session

1

Define what you want

We will clarify what you want your life to look and feel like in the short, medium and long term. You do not need to arrive with the perfect answer.

2

Identify what is getting in the way

We will look at the distance between where you are and where you want to be, then identify the obstacles that deserve your attention.

3

Leave with a plan you can begin

We will turn what we discover into priorities and practical first steps that make sense for your circumstances.

What changes in the full process

A different way forward.

The free session gives you a starting point. Coaching gives you time to test the decision in real life, work with what gets in the way and make the tools your own.

“Little by little, you apply the tools until they become your own, resolving each situation with greater autonomy and determination.”

A plan built around your life

Not another generic answer.

Books, podcasts, social media and AI can give you a new answer every day. Wake up earlier. Change careers. Move somewhere new. Be more disciplined. Let go. Push harder.

The problem is not always a lack of information. It is knowing which advice fits your values, your circumstances and the person you want to become.

A useful conversation does more than agree with your first idea. It helps you question the assumptions underneath it, notice what you may be avoiding and make a decision you can stand behind.

Start with the life you want, not somebody else's formula
Separate what matters from what merely feels urgent
Question the stories that keep you in the same place
Choose steps that you can sustain beyond the first week

Is this the right conversation for you?

A place to begin.

This session may be useful if…

  • You have reached a transition and are unsure what the next chapter should look like.
  • Your life is busy, but the things that matter to you keep being postponed.
  • You are choosing between several paths and keep going in circles.
  • You want to change a pattern that you understand intellectually but continue repeating.
  • You are ready to make a decision and take responsibility for the next step.

This is not the right support if…

  • You need urgent mental health or crisis support.
  • You want someone else to decide what your life should look like.
  • You are looking for a diagnosis or clinical treatment.
  • You are not currently willing to act on any of the decisions you make.

The methodology behind the coaching process

D.I.C.H.A. gives our work a direction.

D.I.C.H.A. is the methodology that guides our work over the months of coaching. It helps us return to what is true for you, so your decisions are not only clear in one conversation, but workable in real life.

What comes naturally

Talents & gifts

The things you do exceptionally well, often with an ease that makes you underestimate their value.

What guides you

Fundamental values

The principles beneath what matters to you, what you resist and why certain choices feel more honest than others.

What you want to contribute

Sense of purpose

A direction that brings your strengths and values together without pretending one sentence must explain your entire life.

  1. DDiscoverRecognise the strengths, values and themes that have been present in your life.
  2. IInternaliseUnderstand what those discoveries mean for the situations you are living now.
  3. CConnectSee where your choices, values and strengths are in step, or pulling apart.
  4. HHonourChoose in a way that respects your nature instead of somebody else’s formula.
  5. AAdvanceTurn what you discovered into goals, decisions and actions for everyday life.

Diego Martinez, founder and coach at Conéctate Coaching

A little about me

A path that felt like mine.

Hi, I am Diego Martinez. I studied Electrical Engineering and Music, then completed a master’s degree in Audio Production. After university, I worked as a consulting engineer, a financial analyst, in plastics, advertising, music projects and retail. From the outside, it looked as if I had plenty of possibilities. Inside, I kept asking why none of them felt like the path.

I spent long nights asking what I was supposed to do with my life and looking for answers everywhere except the one place I had not learned to look: within myself. Understanding my values, recognising my natural strengths and connecting them with a sense of purpose changed the question. I stopped trying to choose the most impressive option and began building a life that made sense as a whole.

That experience led me to coaching, NLP and social psychology. It also shaped the way I work today. I do not believe in handing you a generic answer. I help you understand yourself well enough to question what is not working, choose what fits and turn that choice into action.

For the past thirteen years, I have helped people find a direction they can stand behind and practise it in real life.

Before you book

Who is this free session for?

It is for someone who knows something in life needs attention, even if they cannot yet explain the exact change. You may be facing one decision, repeating a pattern, entering a transition or feeling that your current life no longer fits.

What will we do in 30 minutes?

We will clarify what you want, identify the obstacles that deserve attention and turn the conversation into a practical starting point. The goal is not to solve your whole life in one call.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. “Something feels off” is enough to begin. Part of the session is helping you separate what genuinely matters from what feels urgent, expected or merely familiar.

How does D.I.C.H.A. fit into Life Coaching?

D.I.C.H.A. is the methodology we use throughout the coaching process. It helps us understand your strengths, values and sense of purpose, then bring those discoveries back to the decisions and patterns you are working with.

Is life coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is a forward-looking process centred on goals, decisions, patterns and action. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need urgent, clinical or crisis support, a qualified mental health professional or emergency service is the appropriate place to start.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. Tell me what has been occupying your mind, what you would like to be different and what has made the decision difficult until now. I will use that to prepare for our conversation.

What happens after the session?

You will leave with a clearer sense of what deserves attention and a practical first step. If it makes sense to continue working together, we can discuss that. The free session remains useful whether or not you continue.
